OUR SERVICES

FDM

FDM technology is the process of forming physical items by stacking successive layers of material. A thermoplastic filament is fed through an extruder and deposited in each layer as needed to complete the desired product. This method makes it feasible to create items with interior cavities and complex geometries. FDM thermoplastics provide the necessary qualities for applications that demand for precise tolerances, toughness, and stability in various scenarios.

SLA

The most typical resin 3D printing method is stereolithography (SLA), which produces high-accuracy, isotropic, and waterproof prototypes and end-use parts in a variety of sophisticated materials with precise features and a smooth surface finish. It's ideal for producing components with a high degree of surface quality, as well as for concept idea validation and ergonomic testing.

SLA 3D printing is primarily used for:

SLS

lasers are used to sinter powder at an elevated temp, which helps the powder's particles solidify before being bonded by the laser beam. In an SLS printer, there is a so-called "bed" that is covered with a thin layer of powder that is spread by a roller, followed by sintering in accordance with the layers cut from a 3D model file. The platform then descends a short distance, and the procedure is repeated until the top portion is completed. The technique is followed by post-processing, which involves extracting the model from the suspension of unsintered powder and sandblasting it. The actual potential of SLS resides in this domain.
